Constitution As Distraction

There has been much made of the Constitution and I would like to weigh in. Simply put, it is not my understanding of the III Congress that it seeks to write a new Constitution, but to draft a position statement, nothing more. We are not about to re-write the Constitution. As anyone knows, it is not the Constitution that gave us our rights, it is God (or nature, if you will) and it is not so much that our elected officials have followed the Constitution and we have arrived at this place in history so much as it is that they have ignored and distorted the words in the Constitution to pervert a document intended to secure freedom to the people into a document that sanctifies their abuses of power.

Swearing fealty to the Constitution is nothing more than swearing fealty to the principles it attempts to honor. I have no problem swearing again to secure and defend the Constitution, but I don't believe that is the question.

I am a Constitutionalist and believe if the society intended to be created by the document were to be a reality none of us would have much to complain about. But it would have to have created a society where liberty is held in esteem and power is reserved to the individual, but with the power of the state comes the empowerment of the bureaucrat.

The problem has always been how to solve big problems with private solutions, but the document was written when there were no software companies, when there were no cell phones, or internet connections. The power of the individual has never been greater, yet somehow the power of government has never been greater. This is how we know that the government no longer seeks the liberty of the people, but control.

The III Congress is an opportunity to re-assert the power and value of the individual, but what it all comes down to is not the Constitution, it is the natural rights we have as human beings. We don't need government to do all of these things for us, the government needs to empower us to do these things for ourselves.

I have no problem with laws against fraud and deception in marketing, they are the modern day equivalent of highwaymen preying on the ignorant. I do have a problem with laws against doing those things which are human and rightfully left to our discretion because it harms no one else. Ours is not the society designed by the Constitution. Who is to blame? The document or the people? These are useless distractions. We are here and we need to know whether we are capable and willing to stand up to the government and demand the rights which were given to us by God.

This is not a democracy, our rights are not left to public vote; our property and possessions are not those of others who have garnered enough votes to take them. Whether that is the Constitution that expresses that fact, or not, I am forced to defend my rights against all of those who would vote to exclude me from those protections.

It is time to fight for these rights, because they are not up for sale to the government agency with the best loot.

The only question I entertain is: How?

If the answer to that question is the III Congress so be it, if not, I will go my own way and do what I think brings attention to our condition.

I am beyond

III Congress

Recently proposed was a III Congress, a national organization for the Threeper Community, bringing together all those disparate points of view and ideas in the Liberty/Patriot Community. The crucial concept of this was to bring a number of liberty groups together to establish a national identity with local chapters, or regions that would choose a delegate to send to the congress. There would have been membership to provide for some of the expenses incurred by delegates and to secure and provide rooms and meeting places.

For a moment it looked like something that could have an impact on American politics prior to the collapse, a thing I think most vital to post-collapse revitalization of the Constitution.

To me, it doesn't matter if one survives the collapse, if the powers that rush into the vacuum are Communists. We have seen the effects of totalitarianism already. We know where that train goes.

Prior to that collapse there has to be a functioning organization with strength furthering the rights endowed by our Creator and guaranteed (to whatever degree a document can promise anything without the support of the people and the government to secure it) by the Constitution.

Our Constitution has been violated and discarded by government officials of every stripe, because it limits their totalitarian ambitions. Go try and throw some oil away and discover the power and zeal with which the local landfill employees exert their bureaucratic weight. They tell themselves they are guarding the people's interest, but what they are really doing is practicing small-scale dictatorial power. They have a lust for it.

At every turn the government of the United States has sided with regulation rather than cooperation. I hold that there are millions of ways to achieve all that has been done via regulation through a liberty-grounded alternative. I could give example after example. Instead, first they license, then they censor, then they waiver their political contributors and the people lose.

I am suggesting that this congress go ahead. I had not wanted to do this without the support of Kerodin and CA of WRSA. Negotiations broke down between the three of us. I wanted to ditch it all, but Kerodin suggested that the effort go forward. That is all I will say about the negotiation as it was private. This is not to suggest his support and further details will have to made by him and perhaps he has already done so.

Regardless, I am greatly saddened by the outcome of the negotiations, but feel that there are people out there who see this the way I do, which is too great of an opportunity to secure liberty to the people for me to pack it in. I gave a great deal of thought to simply ending this blog and disappearing into the Ethernet, an action I have often considered. It would actually be a relief if I were to do so.

My support for a Congress remains solid. I am not volunteering to run this thing, or to set up any guidelines that will dictate what it is and what it will accomplish. I am expressing my support for it and would work to help make it a success. If there are others who feel the same as I do, I would be happy to engage in preliminary discussions to see if we find common ground.

American Fear

The Patriot/Liberty movement is locked in fear. While there are countless fearless individuals in the movement, I think it says something for us that we are not fearless without bound, we are bound by the knowledge that it is our families who will pay for our involvement and actions.

On the other hand, heroes are not fearless, they are heroes because they act regardless of their fear. It is easier to do when confronted with a situation where the only solution to a grave problem is to take the grenade, or provide the distraction so that others might escape, etc. It is much more difficult to do when there seems to be nothing to gain and everything to lose.

The question then is: Is it for nothing?

I think most in the movement are concerned about being a headline in the local paper, a side note on a slow news day. Even if we consider that what we might do would be notable, widespread and given a few moments of fame, we are not in it for these things.

Most of us just want to know that we are sacrificing ourselves so that liberty can live in the hearts of Americans again, most notable on that score is our children. There are plenty in the movement who feel that they would make the sacrifice, were that act to benefit their children with the sort of liberty we once knew. But, there are no guarantees and without them, we are hesitant.

A person in the movement imparted to me a few things the other day. 1) we have no organization because we have no leadership, or at least someone who is speaking for us on the national stage (they all run and hide when the water temperature rises the slightest bit); 2) we have no funds, no big money philanthropist willing to bankroll our actions.

Without leadership and funds, what do we really think we are going to accomplish? About what we are now, singing to the choir and praying for converts.

If this is the extent of our resources, we are at a dead end. Other than the odd act of one or more patriots, which will quickly be condemned by every media outlet in the nation, we are stagnant.

I know you have all heard me lament the lack of leadership before and the lack of funds, so I won't replay that script. Let's look at the problem anew.

We need to act. We have not. We have not because we are afraid.

Whether that fear is a fear of being marginalized and written off as an extremist or lunatic and knowing that your family will live with that stain the rest of their lives, or not, it is fear.

Own it. Overcome it.

I wish that we had real-time news of the revolution. I bet we would be surprised by what a lot of people said about those traitors, malcontents, spoiled brats, etc.

If one were to make the comparison of ourselves and the founders prior to the Declaration of Independence there are only two things lacking, military leadership and funds. I do not think that we lack in intellectual acuity, except that those possessing of the great brains on the right, on Constitutionalism, will not associate with us. They are afraid of being labeled traitors and malcontents as well.

We have got to get over these limitations of fear.

Funding, that is a matter of fear as well. Chick-fil-a, the Catholic Church and the Koch Brothers are examples. Why would they side with us? We offer no protection, no resistance, no legitimacy and especially no humor.

There is a point of consolidation, however, a moment of epiphany for all of us, but no one will rally around people who do nothing, but complain.

What we have to do is something smart, something recognizable, something even a bit humorous in a raucous, American way, kind of way like the original Tea Party, to get their attention. We have to BE American. So many of us have been diluted through pressure that it is difficult to think of actions like we used to, the "in your face" type of things that Americans used to do.

My e-mail is I have been racking my brain trying to think of something, but I am not as American as I used to be either. I would like to vet suggestions (aside from hang 'em all).

The Post-Republic America

Everyone will come to the same conclusion at different times, in their own fashion. Some will be happy and some will be sad, but none can avoid the awful truth presented to us all without mercy in the last election: We are living in the post-republic America.

De Tocqueville knew it immediately and it has taken the better part of two centuries to accomplish the hazard he saw in the new American-style of government. Not that it was new to de Tocqueville, at least the understanding of democracy did not escape him, but when he remarked (paraphrased) that America would survive until the people realized they could vote themselves largess from the public treasury, he saw our future.

The last election was the first one I know of where the people dependent on government, or interested in the spoils to be had from electing one individual over another stood up to demand their loot. Be that "free" medicine and medical care, an extension of unemployment benefits (when the election was past and a higher unemployment figure could be tolerated) or just the greed of demanding more money from the wealthy, it is all the same.

Social Security was the first abomination to sink into the American psyche and become embedded, largely because it was paid into by those who planned to use its benefits later. Had the government treated these funds more responsibly, it might have actually worked as a sort of national 401K, but they stole the money and spent it on their pet projects and political payoffs and handed us all back an IOU.

The point is that with Social Security's facade of personal investment the socialist agenda wormed its way into the brains of even right-leaning Americans. They feel that they have put money in and expect to get money out. The larger question is lost in the same way, a generation hence, Obamacare for all of its faults and follies will be accepted as a given.

This is why this election marked the post-republic America, because it was the turning point, the ultimate tipping point, the one that the socialists and Marxists had been working toward all these years. Romney lost the election on the mobilization of the takers along with the understanding that he would not reverse any of the key legislation that had vexed so many patriotic and liberty-minded individuals who did not bother to turn out. Combine that with illegal aliens of all races and backgrounds disenfranchising legal voters and the outcome is a perfect fit for the Marxists.

So, here we are: democracy has supplanted the republic at last. The laws are not Constitutional after the warped interpretations of Marxists judges leaning always toward greater government control rather than greater liberty and limited government power. So there is no rule of law consistent with Constitutional limitations, which is a destruction of the republic in itself.

Ours is no longer a system where the citizen chooses to forgo some of his wealth in order to secure stability and proper government, it is a system where the comfort of one citizen in one age is able to secure that comfort from the toil of a citizen in a subsequent age, those yet to be born. Those citizens had no say in the spending and accumulation of debt to be handed to them on their birthday. Yes, we have all inherited some of this burden from previous generations, but not to this magnitude and not to this detriment. The revolving debt of government is now to a weight that the subsequent generations will be crushed by it, enslaved by it, without voice or vote.

The question now is: Where do we go from here?

I have described above the fact that the republic for these specific reasons is dead. We are a democracy now, no matter how the laws are formed or what our pledge of allegiance says. A republic requires that our representatives will act in accordance with the Constitution while serving the majority responsible for their election. In all things, however, a representative cannot act against the Constitution in favor of the masses, which is exactly what we endure today.

Electing presidents who nominate and seat judges who will ignore the Constitution and rule favorably against the Constitution is a violation of the concept of a republic, but perfectly consistent with a democracy.

Where do we go from here? Down.

There is no way to save the republic and rely on the laws at this point, we are past that. There is no way to walk into a court of law and plead innocence by fact of being convicted of an unlawful law, the entire judicial system is merely a means of making legal that which is unlawful. Everyone is in on it, they were trained that way and everyone they work with were trained that way. It is pointless.

Start trying to figure out what you are going to do about it. I am. (and no, I don't mean just writing on this useless blog)

Time To Exhale

The American public, the ones that matter, who pay the bills and supply the loot to the other half of the nation have held their collective breaths for all these years. They have suffered indignities of word and deed by the corrupt government of the United States.

Hard-working entrepreneurs and small business owners struggled under the heavy burden of the economic collapse. Their futures were destroyed by the policies of the government either through the Community Reinvestment Act, which led to the mortgage scandals, or the TARP and Stimulus policies. TARP bailed out and rewarded the banks involved in the mortgage scandals and the Stimulus merely protected labor unions and government agencies with a little trickling over for the private sector, 1 or 2% when all of it needed to go to the private sector.

Religious organizations have been abused and debased by Obamacare mandates.

Energy companies (coal and oil) have been preyed upon by Obama Administration regulation and aggressive, punitive over-implementation of existing regulation.

The health care industry, including health insurance companies, are about to understand the full impact of Obamacare without the silver-lining promised to them to ensure their cooperation. Obama doesn't need to coerce or manipulate them any longer.

Employers across the nation will now struggle with all of the mandates and regulations that once seemed a long ways off before the re-election of Barack Obama. Layoffs and loss of benefits will hit those few who still paid the bills in this nation.

America has held its breath in hope that it would not all come to pass. Yes, there are those brilliant minds who still see a way to manipulate the system, but their intelligent efforts will not hold a candle to doctrinaire bureaucrats who don't care about the ultimate economic health of the nation. In fact, we are in the hands of those who would like to crash the system to reset it on a different footing, a socialist, or Marxists footing.

Political change almost never occurs outside of an economic disaster.

They want political change and understand the logic of the previous statement, they know it better than any capitalist could. It is not in the capitalist's vocabulary to destroy capital. The answer to everything in a capitalist frame of mind is profit that yields all answers to economic issues. To the Marxists currently in control of our government, economics are a means to a political end.

It is finally time to exhale and recognize that there is no solution to the continuing spiral downward into an economic abyss other than to engage those who are determined to accomplish it.

Our government has been undergoing the slowest revolution in world history. There is no hard line of demarcation between what was and what is. Everything crucial to a free America has been slowly evolved out of existence. Our rights, guaranteed by the Constitution, have eroded into nothingness, from sturdy boulders to the tiniest particle of sand. Capitalism, once the strength of the republic, has now become the scapegoat for socialist corruption. Our religion, once the backbone of American society, is hunkered down, fearful and ridiculed. It is in a state of panic.

One would think, with all of these institutions being attacked at once, finally in the curtain call of the republic, that they would bond together, to lean on one another, to recognize their roles in the upcoming fight and side with those who would give them strength. Instead, they crawl to the master on both knees begging to be spared the next indignity.

Exhale, forget the hopes you once had, they are gone, snuffed out. Grip the spear with vigor and reach out to those on your flanks. Recognize the battle is not your own, but engaged in across the nation in small, meaningless ways by individuals awaiting the groundswell of opposition.

You did not lose your job, the government took it. You did not lose your right to your own conscience, the government took it. You did not lose your company, the government took it. You did not lose your rights, the government took them. You did not lose your vote, the government took it.

No government true to the Constitution, legally following the precepts of our founding, could have taken all of these things from you. Only a corruption of the government could. We are not anti-government, we are anti-corruption. Our only allegiance is to a properly functioning, Constitution-abiding government. Where the ministers of this corruption appeal to patriotism is blasphemy. Patriotism is a dedication to the founding principles and intended purpose of government, which is to secure the lives, liberty, property and pursuit of happiness for its people.

I ask you this: Is that what is happening now?

Exhale, grip your spear and march to the aid of your countrymen.

Our Enemy Is Ambiguity

The election of Mitt Romney, while no panacea in itself, would have offered the oppressed masses the opportunity to expose the excesses and abuses of the Obama Administration. That opportunity is lost and along with it any recourse to election fraud that most probably took place. There will be no healthy cleansing of the political system, ever.

This is the poignant fact: America cannot recover from the economic and political corruption it now suffers. The media will never expose those in power, they are tied to them politically and see themselves simply as generals coordinating the future they have long worked to secure.

The flagging economy is merely an excuse to prosecute the social justice the Marxists in the media champion. The damage done by Obamacare will be recast in a positive light even while the elderly are cleansed from the non-contributing sector of society. Since the elderly are often the most wealthy, this will be done apace to redistribute their wealth through an aggressive death tax and to filter their funds down to those more heavily taxed and likely to put the funds through the economy.

The TSA is the modern SS. DHS is nothing other than an internal Gestapo. In the name of terrorism, we are all suspect.

The single and only limiting factor to the sudden devolution of the United States into a communist power would have been the election of Mitt Romney and I take no pleasure in expressing that fact. I was not a fan of Mitt's nor a backer, but I did support his election over legitimizing Obama's policies and practices.

Those who voted for their own goodies and payoffs will find that they don't materialize. They will realize too late that they have been duped. I feel no sympathy for them. They are the foolish and gullible that have always existed in America. Prior to today, we could tolerate them; we could afford the luxury of their presence in our society, no more.

We have been no champions for our cause, either. We lack focus. We lack will. No one wants to be the sacrificial lamb. No one wants to be first. No one wants to take the heat for a huge majority of the population who are rightfully outraged.

For once we need to focus. We need to agree on something, or we will be nothing but by-standers to the political carnage that faces us today. If we cannot stand for something that will appeal to those likely to be displaced by the coming regulations, restrictions and increased unemployment we will lose an invaluable opportunity.

Do we focus on the treason of the media? Do we focus on the TSA? Do we focus on the DHS? The IRS? The Patriot Act? Do we focus on Obamacare and the jobs lost due to it? Do we focus on abuses of federal and local law enforcement?

We need to present an option to the increasingly disaffected, ticked off and abused. If we are the III, then let us act as the III in highlighting the abuses of our focus. We could use our blogs to focus not on every issue that raises our ire, but one single issue, one single focus, drilling down deeper and deeper until we expose everything we can on it, those who make the decisions, those who carry out the actions, names, places, addresses, etc. Expose them, open them up to the risk meted out by the oppressed.

We need to become an effective opposition group. The Tea Party is dead, useless, ineffective because they were not able to do anything other than assimilate into the opposition. We must be vigilant, even militant. We have no allies in this corrupt government. No corrupt government official can be of use to our cause which is simply the rightful exercise of our rights. If they are in government, they are corrupt and in opposition to our Constitution and our liberty.

For Liberty

The United States Militias are with you. Do not despair, do not relent. We welcome the
removal of masks and the hardness of truth. You are not alone. We were here when it all started.
We have paid in blood and tears for thirty years, as many of you now realize you will have to pay.
Do not let fear drive you. Do not give up five minutes before the miracle occurs. You are not
beaten until you are in the cold hard ground. Do not hide. Do not give up one inch. Go boldly into
the fray with faith in your heart and a song on your lips. You, the Patriots of this age are our Sinn
Fein, we need you to stand. And in standing, become the stone that can not be moved. Find the
Militia in your State, you will find a brotherhood that the Marxists and the Corrupt can not
match. You will be welcomed, you will be educated, you will be trained to be an effective freedom

Oh, where have you been, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, where have you been, my darling young one?
I’ve stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I’ve walked and I’ve crawled on six crooked highways
I’ve stepped in the middle of seven sad forests
I’ve been out in front of a dozen dead oceans
I’ve been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard
And it’s a hard, and it’s a hard, it’s a hard, and it’s a hard
And it’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall
Oh, what did you see, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, what did you see, my darling young one?
I saw a newborn baby with wild wolves all around it
I saw a highway of diamonds with nobody on it
I saw a black branch with blood that kept drippin’
I saw a room full of men with their hammers a-bleedin’
I saw a white ladder all covered with water
I saw ten thousand talkers whose tongues were all broken
I saw guns and sharp swords in the hands of young children
And it’s a hard, and it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard
And it’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall
And what did you hear, my blue-eyed son?
And what did you hear, my darling young one?
I heard the sound of a thunder, it roared out a warnin’
Heard the roar of a wave that could drown the whole world
Heard one hundred drummers whose hands were a-blazin’
Heard ten thousand whisperin’ and nobody listenin’
Heard one person starve, I heard many people laughin’
Heard the song of a poet who died in the gutter
Heard the sound of a clown who cried in the alley
And it’s a hard, and it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard
And it’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall
Oh, who did you meet, my blue-eyed son?
Who did you meet, my darling young one?
I met a young child beside a dead pony
I met a white man who walked a black dog
I met a young woman whose body was burning
I met a young girl, she gave me a rainbow
I met one man who was wounded in love
I met another man who was wounded with hatred
And it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard
It’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall
Oh, what’ll you do now, my blue-eyed son?
Oh, what’ll you do now, my darling young one?
I’m a-goin’ back out ’fore the rain starts a-fallin’
I’ll walk to the depths of the deepest black forest
Where the people are many and their hands are all empty
Where the pellets of poison are flooding their waters
Where the home in the valley meets the damp dirty prison
Where the executioner’s face is always well hidden
Where hunger is ugly, where souls are forgotten
Where black is the color, where none is the number
And I’ll tell it and think it and speak it and breathe it
And reflect it from the mountain so all souls can see it
Then I’ll stand on the ocean until I start sinkin’
But I’ll know my song well before I start singin’
And it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard, it’s a hard
It’s a hard rain’s a-gonna fall

The Fight For American Liberty

The sides now are clearly drawn. There will be no respite by a conservative voice. All that Obama has done in his first four years will be doubled and quadrupled in the next four years. Oppression like we have never seen; surveillance that we can neither fathom, nor counter.

Today is the day we have feared and awaited. There is no time to try and do anything legally, the very meaning of legality went out the window on Tuesday. The Obama Administration has demonstrated time and time again its willingness to do things illegally to oppress us, it is time that we turned the tables and allowed ourselves to do things illegally to throw off that oppression.

I recognize no federal law against gun ownership. I recognize no federal law against travel. I recognize no federal law against collaboration, or insurrection. If you are not ready to take this fight on directly, you are not a patriot, you are not a soldier for freedom.

We are faced with an internal enemy, a "domestic enemy" if you will, determined to use the very government of the United States to overthrow itself. They are the enemies of the United States itself, not just those who seek only to make the Constitution valid, to ensure the rights listed therein. Obedience to the Constitution demands an overthrow of this government determined to overthrow the republic.

I don't know how legal scholars would view it, only that there can be no loyalty to a nation designed to eliminate itself and replace itself with tyranny and a contempt for its own founding. I have maintained and always will that I can commit no crime while in pursuit of the Constitutional rights guaranteed to me upon birth. No congress can refuse them, no president can eliminate them through Executive Order, no Supreme Court can misinterpret the Constitution to allow the denigration of my rights, given to me by God and the words of the founders.

I am at liberty to pursue liberty and no legal government of the United States can deny me that right, not by law or re-definition of those rights. Whatever extremes I am made to go to to secure the rights I am promised are justified by the very document itself, by the words of Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

Therefore whatever crimes I might commit in pursuit of justice, of liberty and of property are previously absolved by the necessity of their commission, for a truly instituted government on the ideals and principles of the Constitution could not conceivably encounter resistance such that I am prepared to embrace.

Let us now show them the wrath of the righteous and let them seek the comforts of the Constitution which they hold in such disdain. Let them seek refuge from us.

I reach out now to all members of the military forces, of the veterans recently back from Iraq and Afghanistan. What were you fighting for over there? Is it not the same as that should be fought for over here? I reach out to the police forces of the states and cities, in what capacity do you serve? Do you intend to keep order so that certain sectors of the citizens might be abused and accosted by others? Do you seek to provide the legality of theft, of fraud, of murder? Was that the oath you swore? Or, was it different? Did it ask you to protect the citizens from the very types of individuals who now control this government?

What was Fast and Furious/Gunwalker all about? It was an action against local law enforcement; an action against you in the gang interdiction units. It armed the cartels and their cronies with semi-automatic weapons easily converted to fully automatic, to go against you, the average cop on the beat. You are going to stand with them?

Loyalties to the old order no longer work. Just being a cop is not the Andy Griffith sort of endeavor it may have once been. You are more militarized. Ask yourself: for what? The crime is no different than it has been. Yes, drug dealers are better armed, to some degree at the hands of our own Justice Department. Is that a reason to prosecute Americans for some skimpy weapons charge? Don't you see the way in which your loyalties have been used to oppress and victimize the very citizens you are charged to protect, are paid to protect?

From what I see, you do not engage those better armed than you anyway. You are afraid of the gangs. Fear us, then as we will now organize against you in ways you cannot combat. Take me to jail, to prison, I will organize better from there.

Join us or suffer our wrath along with the rest of the statist fascists.

Now is the time for the citizens of America to stand for something. I will begin my campaign against the illegal forces that seek to impoverish and imprison us today. When I am captured, I will demand POW status and Red Cross packages, because this is a war. Get your mind right. As long as there was the possibility of redress, there was hope to forestall the impending disaster that awaits us when the economy can no longer bear the optimism of capitalism. When it crashes, it will crash hard and if we have the fortitude we should begin the clash today, because the fall is inevitable.

My request is only this: beyond my capture this blog will live on, details will be given on it for my benefit and that of my family. I would hope that those reading this will support them so that my sacrifice will not be in vain and if we can extend that protection to every soldier in this fight, we will recruit beyond our dreams.

The one thing that has kept us on the leash to this point is the suffering of our families. Unleash us by promising to provide for them in our absence and the fight will rage.

It Is Not Just Business, It Is Personal

There is no news today. Hopes that the decline would be abated for a little while longer were dashed, nothing else. It is a day of mourning for the lost soul of America, I suppose, but the America we remember was gone long ago.

November 6th was the day that proved to many of us that we were right: that when the takers discovered they had the votes to demand a living from the rest of us, they would use the oppressive power of government to get it and the politicians will get what they want by promising them our stuff.

I almost had a bumper sticker made up one time that made one simple statement: "stop proving your generosity with my money."

It is what it is and now that Obama has been re-elected we will get everything Obamacare threatened. We will get massively more intrusive government. Yesterday, the timeline accelerated for government oppression and control, but it never would have been stopped by an election and we all knew it.

It is not yesterday, it is today and we need to figure out what to do about it. One cannot educate the masses out of wanting free stuff. One cannot prepare their way out of the world their children will inherit. One cannot kill their way out of the facts.

Yesterday proved that the Tea Party was a failure, a good run, a noble attempt, but ultimately a failure. The Tea Party exploded from the idea that the government was not all powerful, that when the average citizen stood up, they could overpower government control. It didn't work. The momentum and power that the Tea Party initially drew on was wasted in trying to work within the system, to change it somehow. I broke from the Tea Party when they didn't understand that they had to evolve into a more radical institution.

I won't threaten you with a vision of the future, we all know what it will be: "May I see your papers? Where are you going this evening? This is a restricted quadrant, you must turn around and go back."

There are two options available to those who value liberty and will fight to re-establish our God-given rights. There is direct action against those who have violated the rights of others and there is waiting for the economic apocalypse to somehow create order out of chaos.

The time for talking is done, the time for voting is done. It is time to start making plans and taking action. Every day that goes by we will be in worse shape and less able to carry out any resistance.

I don't know what is going to happen in the next few weeks, but we have all been warned in the oil field that if the election went to Obama there would be dire consequences to the industry. I don't know what that means. I don't know what oil companies have in mind, or what actions they might take. I don't know it if is a forward-looking statement, or just a realization that if fracking is banned the great discoveries in petroleum technology would dry up the Bakken and every other method of shale-oil production through horizontal drilling and fracking.

I do know that the day I am put out of work by the policies of this government is the day it becomes personal.

A Noble Manner

A post-election view of America might be very different from the norm. Traditionally, the election settles everything. Even the losers have to accept defeat and work hard to elect someone better next time. This president, however, has not been the President in any real terms, he has been a dictator, using the majorities he had in congress when he had the House and the Executive Order when he no longer controlled both houses.

Obama is the only president I ever heard use the pronoun "I" so many times when describing actions that could only be done by many, many people. "I got Bin Laden" is a favorite one at election time, but there is always the sense that there has been a hidden secret; some deal cut between the Muslims and himself, assuming for a moment that he is not one, which under Islamic culture would suggest that if his father was a Muslim, then he is as well, no matter what church he had to go to in order to become part of the American political scene. The fact that the church he chose was an American-hating Black Evolution church might say something to the compromise he had to make.

Think for a moment though about the October Surprise he might have planned for November 6th. The Black Panthers staged out in front of a polling place was not even prosecuted by the Attorney General, Eric Holder, because as he candidly revealed that it did not arise to the level to which "his people" had been kept from the voting booths for decades following the Civil War and all the way up to the Sixties. They want you to forget that it was largely Democrats that refused those voting rights, not Republicans.

Eric Holder, were he not in place to exonerate, or fail to prosecute the same type of strategy, only on a larger scale, would be the ideal person to have in place as Attorney General for a November Surprise, perhaps one reason that Obama selected him to begin with and has not forced him to resign over the Fast and Furious/Gunwalker scandal.

I am not getting all Conspiracy Theory on you, read on.

Obama has never balked at using union labor to do his leg-breaking in a political sense, even a literal sense, as documented by Breitbart on a number of occasions. He has never thought twice about calling up class envy or race hatred to do his bidding. By race hatred, I mean the other way around, black hatred for whites. He is at his core a community organizer, a person who stirs up civil unrest to intimidate people, he made a career out of it and has perfected it, why would he not use those talents and abilities to retain the White House and cement his Marxist transformation of America?

What he can not do legally and Constitutionally he has done illegally and unconstitutionally and no one has said a word about it, he has just cruised on without a second thought. Why would this close election be any different? His followers are lawless thugs, even the kind old teacher who sports the 2012 bumper sticker and speaks in a very soft, but somehow threatening tone.

I had hoped, after the last election, despite all of the Marxist propoganda he spouted, that Obama would ultimately heal the race tension and division caused by so many different events in American history over the past two hundred and thirty-six years, but he did just the opposite, he inflamed it; he used it; he fueled his campaign on two parts black hatred and one part white guilt.

I don't know what tomorrow will hold. It will be an election and an aftermath of an election the likes of which we have never seen, drowning out the uncertainty and disillusionment of the 2000 election of George Bush.

What I am hoping from the Patriot/Liberty Community is a pledge to act against the injustice of a stolen, fraudulent and manipulated election. If things run according to tradition and there is a winner and a loser and everyone goes home to celebrate or stew, fine with me, but if there is a concerted effort to intimidate voters, to threaten violence and manipulate the polls, that we act. Voting is the last act left to the people to right that which has been wrong and uphold that great American tradition of citizen government, once that is gone, what is there left to fight for?

The vote, while merely one of a hundred million, is a sacred bond between the people and their government. No matter how corrupt, vile and seemingly pointless it is, once we have allowed the institution of the vote to become just another corrupt government swindle, we have lost any hope other than revolution to rectify our condition.

This is a time and a place for any or all of us to stand up to the brutality of government against the people. We need no coordination or support. We need no communication or signal to go. All we need to do is recognize where voter intimidation is occurring and to remedy the situation ourselves. Consider it a duty. I would consider it a priviledge to give my life in such a manner, for my nation.

I Have Seen The Future And It Is Sandy

Sandy and Katrina before it exposes human nature for what it is. We are, at our base, desperate and violent animals. It is capitalism, hard work and ingenuity that change the human animal into the humane animal, but it does not work without wealth. Those without will take and if they have to fight to get it, they will.

These catastrophes only foreshadow the inevitable economic collapse. It can be instructive to see how people act when they cannot get fuel, when they have no electricity, when they can't charge the phones on which they have become so dependent. It will get worse.

I have a little bit different take on the dependency of the American people. I think it is good. The more people who are dependent upon government the better. Why? Well, two reasons. First, the more people are dependent upon government and it continues to take more and supply more, the faster it will come unravelled. Second, when the government has created dependents, it has also created adversaries during times of stress? Who will they attack when the goods are not supplied?

In New York, the crews sent out to fix the electric grid were pelted with eggs, because they had not gotten there sooner. That is the thought process of the dependent. Yes, with more than fifty percent of the people dependent on government, it creates a voting block that is unbeatable, but it also creates a majority and in America, where we demand everything now, that becomes a bigger problem than a solution.

A majority is a good thing for politicians, if they want to get elected, but it is a bad thing for leaders who want cooperation and civility.

If I thought the republic was salvageable under Constitutional vigor, I would not hold the same views, but it is not. No election will solve this. Nothing but a reset will give us the opportunity to use our socialist past as a lesson to be learned by the next generations.

Nothing would have prevented Sandy for striking land. That was an act of nature, but there are a great many in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania who now understand the consequences of an economic collapse much, much better than they did before. They understand that photo ops and concerned looks on the faces of politicians don't put fuel in the tank, electricity through the wires, or food on the counter. They feel abandoned and betrayed. Good.

My pleas for leadership arise from this very issue. We need to have people out there pointing this out to as many people as we can. Here is the future if America is allowed to continue on its current path of socialism. These are the lies government tells you. These are the conditions to which you will become accustomed.
